By registering for a Lyn Boyer Workshop you agree to all Policies and Waivers listed below:
COVID 19 POLICY:
All workshop participants must provide proof of full vaccination [2 shots + booster] upon registration and on first morning of class.
CANCELLATION AND CHANGE POLICIES:
Refunds
Tuition for classes, workshops and demonstrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. Full workshop fee due at time of enrollment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Course Changes or Cancellations
Lyn Boyer Studio reserves the right to cancel, limit size, or change the time for any workshop. If a workshop is cancelled students will receive a full refund. If a workshop needs to be re-scheduled and a student isn't able to attend due to the change they will receive a full refund. If a workshop is re-scheduled and the class size is below the minimum, the workshop will be cancelled and students will receive a full refund.
PARTICIPATION AND PUBLICITY WAIVERS:
Participation Waiver
Registrant acknowledges that registration and participation is voluntary, and that by registering for this workshop/class that he/she is solely responsible for any loss, sickness, damage or injury, including death, that may be sustained on the premises or any location where any workshop/class is being conducted. Registrant acknowledges that they will be participating in a group activity during an ongoing pandemic and are solely responsible for any sickness or injury, including death that may arise from participation. All workshop participants must be fully vaccinated and boosted and provide proof of vaccination.
Publicity Waiver
Unless informed otherwise, Lyn Boyer Studio will consider photographs taken of students and of their artwork to be permissible for publication in promotional materials, including the web.
